摘　　要：在女性生殖系统中,雌、孕激素密切相关,共同调节月经周期,在生殖器和乳房的发育中协同共作,在子宫内膜变化、输卵管蠕动等方面相互拮抗,二者的作用特点符合阴阳特性,其中雌激素属“阳”,孕激素属“阴”。雌、孕激素在月经周期中变化波动,与中医角度月经阴阳变化的“重阴→重阴转阳,阴盛阳动→阴盛阳生至重阳→重阳转阴”具有相通性。雌、孕激素是女性的主要性激素,对二者的理论研究不仅可以扩充中医基础理论的内涵,也能指导内分泌相关研究。In the reproductive system of female,the estrogen and progestin are closely related,they regulate the menstrual cycle,cooperate each other in the development of genitals and breasts,and antagonize in the aspects of endometrial changes and oviduct peristalsis.The characteristics of their roles are in line with the characteristics of yin and yang.Estrogen plays the role of“yang”,and progesterone plays the role of“yin”.The changes of estrogen and progesterone in menstrual cycle are consistent with the“extreme yin→extreme yin transforming into yang,yin exuberance and yang moving→yin exuberance and yang growing to extreme yang→extreme yang transforming into yin”of menstrual yin and yang changes in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Estrogen and progesterone are the main female sex hormones.The theoretical research of both can not only expand the connotation of the basic theory of TCM,but also guide endocrine related research.
