新农科背景下的《智慧畜牧业技术》教材建设

摘　　要：为更好地服务未来畜牧业生产和课程教学实际,深入分析课程教材建设现状,从智慧畜牧业技术课程教学的实际需要出发开展教材建设。以畜牧生产、屠宰加工、物流运输、网络销售和产品信息溯源为主线,突出新农科教材建设的学科交叉性、技术前沿性和引领示范性,确立了以纸质教材呈现为主体,多媒体课件、微视频、在线互动等有机结合的立体化教材表现形式;构建了生产数据自动化采集、数据传输与管理、畜产品电子商务和产品信息溯源等教材内容架构;组建了由一线教师和企业专家合作的教材编写队伍;完成了教材编写和配套资源建设任务。《智慧畜牧业技术》新形态教材的建设过程,对新农科背景下动物生产类专业教材建设具有示范引领作用,也能为其他新农科专业教材建设提供参考。In order to better serve the future animal husbandry production and course teaching,the current situation of textbook construction was analyzed in-depth,and the textbook construction was carried out according to the actual needs of smart animal husbandry technology course teaching.The livestock production,slaughtering and processing,logistics,online sales and product information traceability are the main lines,highlight the interdisciplinary,technological frontier and leading demonstration characteristics of the construction of new agricultural textbooks,establish a three-dimensional textbook expression form with paper textbooks as the main body,multimedia courseware,micro-videos,and online interaction.The content structure of teaching materials such as automatic collection of production data,data transmission and management,e-commerce of livestock products,and product information traceability had been established,and a textbook writing team cooperating with front-line teachers and enterprise experts had been formed to complete the tasks of teaching material writing and supporting resource construction.The article introduces in detail the construction process of the new teaching material of “Smart Animal Husbandry Technology”,which will have a demonstration and leading role in the construction of teaching materials for animal production under the background of new agricultural science,and can also provide reference for the construction of textbook for other new agricultural sciences.
