摘　　要：竞争型交通科技企业的科技创新和成果转化机制和成效,对增强核心竞争力、实现可持续发展十分重要。以广东华路交通科技有限公司道路研究所为例,通过党建引领,在学习机制、人才机制、攻坚机制、协同机制、推广机制等方面精准发力,紧贴中心工作,建强战斗堡垒,以活力、开放的党建激发创新要素、增强创新动能,为科技研发和成果转化应用赋能增效,使党建成为看得见的生产力和凝聚力。The mechanism and effect of scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation of competitive transportation technology enterprises have become critical important to enhance core competitiveness and achieve sustainable development.Taking Road Research Institute of Guangdong Hualu Transport Technology Co.,Ltd.as an example,through the leadership of Party building,which has made precise efforts in the learning mechanism,talent mechanism,tackling mechanism,coordination mechanism,promotion mechanism,etc.Vibrant and open Party building stimulates innovation elements,enhances innovation momentum,empowers and increases efficiency for scientific and technological research and development and the transformation and application of achievements,and makes Party building a visible productivity and cohesion.
