摘 要:内环流控温储粮技术是指冬季降低粮温蓄冷,夏季采用小功率风机将粮堆内部的冷空气从通风口抽出,通过保温风管送到仓内空间,降低仓温、仓湿和粮堆温度梯度的储粮技术。本文结合中央储备粮淄博直属库有限公司实际情况,分别以小麦仓和玉米仓为例,试从控温效果、储粮损耗和综合费用等方面进行比较分析,得出结论,并据此提出内环流控温储粮技术的应用建议。The inner loop flow temperature controlled grain storage technology refers to the grain storage technology that reduces the grain temperature and stores cold in winter.In summer,the low-power fan is used to extract the cold air inside the grain stack from the air vent and send it to the space inside the warehouse through the thermal insulation air pipe to reduce the temperature,humidity and temperature gradient of the grain stack.Based on the actual situation of Sinograin Zibo Depot Co.,Ltd.of central grain reserve,taking wheat warehouse and corn warehouse as examples,this paper tries to make a comparative analysis from the aspects of temperature control effect,grain storage loss and comprehensive cost,and draws a conclusion.Based on this,the application proposal of inner loop flow temperature control grain storage technology is put forward.
