摘  要:过敏和肠炎等众多疾病需长期使用化学药物或激素治疗从而破坏菌群稳态,而益生菌作为肠道的共生菌群,是用于调节肠道菌群失调最直接的方法。目前益生菌制剂产品存在核心菌株模糊不清、菌株号标识不清和益生菌性能不确定等诸多问题,给消费者选购带来了诸多疑惑。本文从益生菌制剂产品的分类以及常见剂型、影响益生菌制剂产品质量的关键因素、正确选择益生菌制剂产品的注意事项和益生菌制剂产品选购应避免的雷区4方面展开分析,为高品质益生菌制剂产品的研发和生产提供参考。Many diseases such as allergy and enteritis require long-term treatment with chemical or steroid hormones drugs to destroy the homeostasis of the microflora.As a commensal microflora in the gut,probiotics are the most direct method for regulating the imbalance of the intestinal microflora.At present,probiotic preparation products have many matters such as unclear core strains,unclear strain numbers,and uncertain performance of probiotics,which has brought many queries to consumers while purchasing.This essay analyzes the classification and common dosage forms of probiotic preparation products,the key factors affecting the quality of probiotic preparation,the precautions for correct selection of probiotic preparation products,and the pitfall that should be avoided in the purchase of probiotic preparation products,in order to provide reference for the research,development and production of high-quality probiotic products.
