摘 要:以某污水处理厂二沉池剩余活性污泥为菌种来源进行絮凝菌的分离筛选,经富集培养、分离、初筛、复筛、优选等,优选出一株高效的絮凝菌,对高岭土悬浮液具有很好的絮凝沉降效果。对菌株进行形态观察、生理生化试验及16S rDNA的序列测定和同源性分析结果表明,优选出的菌株为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis)。菌株最佳生长时间是分批培养后12~48 h,培养48 h左右的稳定期菌种可作为菌种絮凝活性研究对象。A sewage treatment flocculant producing bacteria was isolated from the residual activated sludge of a secondary sedimentation tank in a sewage treatment plant. After enrichment culture, isolation, primary screening, re-screening and optimization, a highly efficient flocculant was selected, it has good flocculation and sedimentation effect on kaolin suspension. The results of morphological observation, physiological and biochemical tests, 16 S rDNA sequence determination and homology analysis showed that the strain was Bacillus velezensis. The optimal growth time of the strain was 12-48 h after batch cultivation, and the stable stage strain cultivated for could be used as the research object of flocculation activity.
