摘  要:目的研究不同厚度的3种高透明度氧化锆材料的透明度及其对不同背景色的遮色性能。方法应用3种高透明度氧化锆材料(X组:质美美学,德国R+K;Y组:质美高透,德国R+K;Z组:锆美高透,中新棠国业)制作直径为7 mm,厚度分别为0.8、1.2、1.6 mm的试件共45个(n=5)。应用分光光度计检测不同厚度试件的透明度参数(TP),以及各试件在模拟深牙本质色、模拟氟斑牙本质色、钛基台和金属桩核背景色下的色差值(ΔE)。将收集到的数据导入SPSS 17.0软件,采用单因素方差分析(One-way ANOVA)比较组间差异,并采用SNK-q检验进行组内两两比较(α=0.05)。结果对所有受测材料来说,3组氧化锆材料的TP值均随厚度的增加而降低,其中0.8 mm厚度的试件TP值最高,且X组、Y组和Z组间的差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05);1.2 mm厚度的3种材料的TP值差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);1.6 mm厚度的试件TP值最低,X组、Y组和Z组间的差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同种材料在厚度不同的情况下,Y组1.2和1.6 mm试件在深牙本质色、氟斑牙本质色、钛基台和金属桩核背景色下产生的ΔE值(1.2~2.7)差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05);而X组试件在钛基台和金属桩核背景色下的ΔE值均<1.2(P<0.05);Z组3种厚度的试件在背景为深牙本质色和钛基台背景下产生的ΔE值均<1.2,但不同厚度的试件产生的ΔE值差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在应用高透明度氧化锆材料进行美学修复时,如果患者为氟斑牙、深牙本质色、钛基台和金属桩核等深背景色时,修复体的厚度选择1.2~1.6 mm具有较好的遮色能力。Objective To investigate the translucency of three types of highly translucent zirconia with different thickness and their color masking performances against different backgrounds.Methods Forty-five specimens were made by using three highly translucent zirconia materials[Group X:Organic Esthetic,R+K;Group Y:Organic Translucent,R+K;Group Z:DIAZIR CT,ZXTGY(Suzhou)Medical Technology,China]with a diameter of 7 mm and thicknesses of 0.8,1.2,and 1.6 mm,respectively.The translucency parameter(TP)of the specimens was measured by a spectrophotometer(EasyshadeⅣ,Vita Zahnfabrik,Germany).The color differences(ΔE)produced under the dark dentin,simulated dentin fluorosis,titanium abutment,and Co-Cr alloy backgrounds of zirconia specimens with different thickness were calculated.One-way ANOVA was used to compare the differences between groups(α=0.05),and SNK-q test was used for posterior comparisons within groups(α=0.05).Results The TP values of all tested materials decreased with the increase of the thickness.Highest TP values were found in the specimens with a thickness of 0.8 mm,and the differences among groups X,Y,and Z were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the TP values among the three materials with a thickness of 1.2 mm(P>0.05).Lowest TP values were found in the specimens with a thickness of 1.6 mm,and the differences among groups X,Y,and Z were statistically significant(P<0.05).In cases of the same material type and the different thickness,specimens of group Y with thicknesses of 1.2 and 1.6 mm exhibited the sameΔE values(range:1.2-2.7)when dark dentin,simulated dentin fluorosis,titanium abutment,and Co-Cr alloy backgrounds were used(P>0.05).However,theΔE values of specimens in group X were all<1.2(P<0.05)when backgrounds were dark dentin,titanium abutment,and Co-Cr alloy.Moreover,theΔE values of specimens in group Z with three different thicknesses were<1.2(P<0.05)when the backgrounds were dark dentin and titanium abutment.Conclusion When the highly translucent zirconia i
