摘 要:生物地球电池是一种微生物驱动的胞外电子“长距离”传递所形成的自然现象。文章以乙酸钠作为外加碳源,探究乙酸消耗与生物地球电池形成的相互关系。结果发现:经过48 h,乙酸浓度从635 mg/L下降到175.3 mg/L,其消耗速率为9.58 mg/(L·h)。Fe^(2+)的还原峰在20 mm处达到最高;土层1.5 mm深度上下形成了一个静电场,其值为1.33 V/m。在生物地球电池效应下,超声波的声波振幅由原来的1.2 V下降到0.4 V,同时首波的到达时间由原来的30μs提前到25μs;XRD结果证实了FeS沉淀的形成;微生物群落以绿菌门、拟杆菌门、变形菌门、硬壁菌门、酸杆菌门为主。结果表明,乙酸可加速生物地球电池的形成。Biogeobattery is a natural phenomenon,which is driven by microbes extracellular electrons that transfer through a long way among spatially separated two biogeochemical processes.In this paper,the relationship between acetic acid consumption and formation of biogeobattery were studied,in which the sodium acetate was used as additional carbon source.The results showed that the acetic acid decreased from 635 mg/L to 175.3 mg/L in 48 hours,and the consumption rate was 9.58 mg/(L·H).The reduction peak of Fe^(2+) reached the highest at 20 mm.An electrostatic field with a value of 1.33 V/m is formed at the depth of 1.5 mm.The amplitude of ultrasonic wave decreases from 1.2 V to 0.4 V,and the arrival time of the first wave is advanced from 30μs to 25μs.The formation of FeS was verified by XRD.The microbial community is dominated by Chlorobi,Bacteroidetes,Proteobacteria,Firmicute and Acidobacteria.These findings indicated that the formation of biogeobattery could be accelerated by addition of acetic acid.
