摘 要:为了有效防治采空区遗煤自燃,将茶多酚(TP)加入到复配表面活性剂溶液中,研制出一种发泡效果好、稳定性强、阻燃效果优越的TP阻化泡沫,通过泡沫扫描仪、界面流变张力仪确定出复配表面活性剂组分、复配比、质量分数及茶多酚添加量;利用锥形量热仪对比TP阻化泡沫与三相泡沫的防灭火性能。实验表明:当阴离子表面活性剂A与两性离子表面活性剂D复配比为1∶2,质量分数为0.3%时,发泡时间最短,产生200 mL泡沫仅需142 s,泡沫最均匀细腻,平均粒径仅0.054 mm;加入适量茶多酚后,体系发泡性能有所提升,质量分数为0.06%时,发泡体积可达179 mL,析液半衰期由584 s增至719 s;茶多酚具有降低煤中活性基团数量的作用,TP阻化泡沫与三相泡沫相比热释放速率峰值由88.5 kW/m^(2)降至52.2 kW/m^(2),CO_(2)释放量由1.7 kg/kg降至0.6 kg/kg,抑制煤自燃效果显著。In order to effectively control the spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf,tea polyphenol(TP)was added to compound surfactant solution,and a TP foam with good foaming effect,strong stability and excellent flame retardancy was developed.The composition,compound ratio,mass fraction and content of tea polyphenols were determined by foam scanner and interfacial rheometer.The fire suppression performance of TP foam and three-phase foam was compared with cone calorimeter.The experimental results show that when the ratio of anionic surfactant A to zwitterionic surfactant D is 1∶2,when the mass fraction is 0.3%,the foaming time is the shortest,and the 200 mL foam only needs 142 s.The foam is the most homogeneous and fine,with an average particle size of only 0.054 mm.After adding an appropriate amount of tea polyphenols,the foaming performance of the system is improved.When the mass fraction is 0.06%,the foaming volume can reach 179 mL,and the half-life of liquid separation increases from 584 s to 719 s.Tea polyphenols can reduce the number of active groups in coal.Compared with the three-phase foam,the heat release rate of TP inhibitor foam decreases from 88.5 kW/m^(2) to 52.2 kW/m^(2),and the CO_(2) release amount from 1.7 kg/kg to 0.6 kg/kg,and the effect of inhibiting coal spontaneous combustion is remarkable.
