摘　　要：为持续推进军队院校教学实践创新研究,在梳理军队院校装备教学特点的基础上,从军队院校装备教学存在的现实问题入手,立足体系融合思路,分析构建了“院校-装备承制单位-部队”三位一体融合递进发展的装备教学模式,并进行了教学实践创新,为军队院校教育转型提供了借鉴和参考。In order to promote the research of practical innovation in equipment teaching in military academies and universities,the existing problems are analyzed based on the characteristics of equipment teaching.This paper analyzes and constructs the"college-contractor-troop"teaching mode based on the idea of system fusion,which highlights integrated development.The proposed teaching mode has been innovated in teaching practice and achieved good results,which provides reference for the educational transformation in military academies and universities.
