摘　　要：解淀粉芽孢杆菌属于革兰氏阳性杆状细菌,是一种重要的生防微生物,具有防治植物病害、促进植物生长、改善根际土壤微生物种群结构等作用,对于病害防治、植物促生和果蔬采后保鲜等具有重要意义。本文综述了解淀粉芽孢杆菌的作用机理及其在农业生产方面的应用,并对解淀粉芽孢杆菌的开发利用途径进行了展望,为该菌株的进一步推广提供理论参考。Bacillus amyloliquefaciens is bacterium which widely distributed in nature.It has a broad application prospect in disease control,plant growth promotion and post-harvest preservation of fruits and vegetables.It can prevent and control plant diseases,promote plant growth and improve microbial population structure in rhizosphere soil.In this paper,the mechanism of action of B.amyloliquefaciens and its application in agricultural production were reviewed,and the development and utilization of B.amyloliquefaciens were prospected,which provided theoretical reference for the further promotion of this strain.
