摘 要:变电站钢结构是供电系统的重要组成部分,需要采用抗火方法保障意外火灾下的结构安全性能。分析了钢框架火灾高温破坏的原理和破坏形式,提出了影响结构抗火的关键问题,对常见抗火方法提出了堵截法、疏导法和新材料法的分类方法,通过剖析常规抗火方法原理上的矛盾之处,提出了应用蜂窝梁结构和应用热管技术的新型结构抗火方法,并探讨了蜂窝梁和热管用于结构抗火的可行性。该方法可为变电站抗火设计提供理论指导,为结构抗火研究提供前瞻性方向。The steel structure of substation is an important part of the power supply system. Fire resistance method should be adopted to ensure the safety of the structure under accidental fire. This paper analyzes the principle and form of high temperature destruction of fire steel frame, puts forward the key scientific problems of structure fire resistance. The conventional fire resistance methods include blocking method, channelling method and new material method. By analyzing the contradiction in principle of the conventional fire resistance methods, it is proposed to apply the method of structural fire resistance by using honeycomb beam structure and heat pipe technology. The feasibility of using honeycomb beam and heat pipe for structural fire resistance is discussed. This method can provide theoretical guidance for the fire resistance design of substation and provide a prospective research direction for the fire resistance of substation steel structure.
