摘 要:依托某装配式变电站钢框架结构,基于大型有限元软件ANSYS对钢框架结构进行热-结构耦合分析,研究了两种工况下钢框架受火后的温度场、变形性能和力学性能。结果表明:梁跨中、柱脚及梁柱连接节点区域都是火灾中比较薄弱的环节;当钢框架单跨房间受火时,需要在20 min内采取措施控制火情,当钢框架双跨房间同时受火时,需要在16 min内采取措施控制火情。研究成果可为同类装配式变电站钢框架结构抗火设计和防火措施制定提供参考和借鉴。For the steel frame structure of a prefabricated substation, the thermal and structural coupling analysis of the steel frame structure was carried out based on ANSYS, the large finite element software. The temperature field, deformation performance and mechanical properties of the steel frame under fire were studied. The results show that the weak links in the fire exist in the middle of the beam span, the column foot and the joint area of the beam and column. When the steel frame single span room is affected by fire, fire fighting measures should be taken within 20 minutes. When the double-span room with steel frame is under fire at the same time, fire fighting measures should be taken within 16 minutes. The research results provide reference for the fire resistance design and fire prevention measures of steel frame structure in similar prefabricated substations.
