摘 要:由于端头地层地质与施工空间条件的复杂性,始发与到达成为地铁盾构工程施工过程中的主要风险点.既有工程案例数据库系统的建立与有效利用能够为新的类似工程设计提供科学决策辅助,从而降低盾构始发与到达的工程风险.为实现工程案例数据库的网络共享和高效利用,本文基于对工程案例资料的收集、整理和分析,采用Java+SQL Server开发工具,研发了基于Internet的地铁盾构始发与到达工程信息系统.获得的主要成果有:基于理论计算公式和JavaWeb方法,编程实现了地铁盾构始发与到达端头地层稳定性判别以及加固范围计算功能;对盾构始发与到达的工程信息进行了分类并设计了数据库结构,建立了含有100多个不同区域及地层条件的地铁盾构始发与到达工程案例数据库;研制了基于Internet的盾构始发与到达工程信息系统,实现了工程案例数据库及标准知识库的查询统计、加固方案推理、加固范围计算分析和风险评估等应用功能.Due to the complexity of the stratum geology and construction space, launching and arriving are the main risks during the metro shield construction. The database system of existing cases provides scientific decision support for new similar engineering designs, which reduces the risks of shield launching and arriving. Through collecting, sorting, and analyzing the engineering cases using Java+SQL Server, an information system for metro shield launching and arriving based on the internet was developed, which efficiently shares the engineering case database in the network. The main results are as follows: Based on the theoretical calculating formula and JavaWeb method, stratum stability criterion and the reinforcing range calculation of the metro shield launching and arriving have been achieved by software programming. The information of metro shield launching and arriving was classified and then the database structure was designed. The engineering case database of metro shield launching and arriving was established by more than 100 different regional and stratigraphic cases. An information system for metro shield launching and arriving based on the internet was developed, which realizes the query statistics of the engineering case database and standard knowledge base, reinforcement scheme reasoning, reinforcement scope calculation, and risk assessment.
