摘　　要：目的 探究miR-122a在喉癌组织中的表达水平及与患者预后的关系。方法 研究对象选取我院2016年6月至2019年6月期间收治入院的喉癌患者110例患者。比较患者肿瘤组织和癌旁正常组织miR-122a的表达情况;分析患者miR-122a表达水平与临床特征及预后的关系,通过logistics回归分析miR-122a是否为患者预后独立危险因素。结果 喉癌患者癌旁组织表达量为3.15±1.57,显著低于癌旁组织表达量为6.48±1.39(P<0.05);miR-122a表达情况与患者预后、临床分期及T分级相关,且表达越低,其生存率越低,复发率越高,临床分期及T分级越高。多因素COX分析显示miR-122a及M分级可作为患者预后的独立危险因素。结论 miR-122a在喉癌组织中表达低,可作为诊断喉癌患者的指标,降低患者预后,是影响患者预后的独立危险因素,能够评估患者预后。Objective To explore the expression level of Mir-122a in laryngeal cancer and its relationship with prognosis of patients.Methods 110 patients with laryngeal cancer who were admitted to our hospital from June 2016to June 2019 were selected.The expression of Mir-122a in tumor tissues and adjacent normal tissues was compared.The relationship between mir-122a expression level and clinical characteristics and prognosis of patients was analyzed,and whether Mir-122a was an independent risk factor for prognosis of patients was analyzed by logistics regression.Results The expression level of paracancer tissues in patients with laryngeal carcinoma was 3.15±1.57,which was significantly lower than that in paracancer tissues (6.48±1.39),(P<0.05);The expression of Mir-122a was correlated with the prognosis,clinical stage and T grade of patients,and the lower the expression,the lower the survival rate,the higher the recurrence rate,and the higher the clinical stage and T grade.Multivariate COX analysis showed that Mir-122a and M grade could be independent risk factors for prognosis of patients.Conclusion The low expression of Mir-122a in laryngeal cancer tissues can be used as an indicator for the diagnosis of patients with laryngeal cancer and can reduce the prognosis of patients.Mir-122a is an independent risk factor affecting the prognosis of patients and can be used to evaluate the prognosis of patients.
