超薄层CT鉴别诊断甲状腺单发结节良恶性的准确性研究

摘　　要：目的 评估甲状腺单发结节患者实施超薄层CT检查良恶性鉴别的准确性。方法 对74例本医院实施治疗的甲状腺单发结节予以项目研究,信息采集数量为2020年2月~2021年2月,全部患者均予行超声检查、超薄层CT检查,统计及对比2种检查形式的准确性。结果(1)甲状腺单发结节患者确诊结果良性55例,占比73.32%;恶性19例,占比25.68%。超声检查良性53例,占比71.62%;恶性21例,占比28.38%。超薄层CT检查良性54例,占比72.98%;恶性20例,占比27.03%。(2)甲状腺单发结节超薄层CT检查诊断结果灵敏度(96.36%)、特异度(94.74%)、准确性(95.95%)均明显高于超声检查(83.65%、63.16%、78.38%),两者差异明显(P<0.05)。结论 甲状腺单发结节患者通过超薄层CT检查能够对其良恶性进行鉴别诊断,其准确性水平相对较高。Objective To evaluate the accuracy of ultrathin CT in differentiating benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Methods A project study was conducted on 74 cases of single thyroid nodules treated in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021.Information was collected and all patients underwent ultrasound examination and ultra-thin CT examination.The accuracy of the two examination forms was statistically compared.Results (1) 55 patients (73.32%) with single thyroid nodule were diagnosed as benign;19 cases were malignant,accounting for 25.68%.53 cases (71.62%) were benign.21 cases were malignant,accounting for 28.38%.Ultrathin CT examination benign 54 cases,accounting for 72.98%;20 cases were malignant,accounting for 27.03%.(2) The diagnostic sensitivity (96.36%),specificity (94.74%) and accuracy (95.95%) of ultrathin CT examination of single thyroid nodule were significantly higher than those of ultrasound examination (83.65%,63.16%,78.38%),and the differences were significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Ultrathin CT examination can differentiate benign and malignant thyroid nodules with relatively high accuracy.
