多层螺旋CT在喉癌及喉咽癌颈部淋巴结转移中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的 评估喉癌患者实施多层螺旋CT检查的癌颈部淋巴结转移中的诊断价值。方法 对63例本医院实施治疗的喉癌予以项目研究,信息采集数量为2020年6月~2021年6月,全部患者均实施常规常规超声检查、多层螺旋CT检查,统计及对比常规超声检查、多层螺旋CT检查的准确性。结果 (1)喉癌患者确诊结果未见转移比69.84%;颈部淋巴结转移比30.16%。常规超声检查未见转移比65.08%;颈部淋巴结转移比34.92%。多层螺旋CT检查未见转移比68.25%;颈部淋巴结转移比21.75%。(2)喉癌多层螺旋CT检查诊断结果灵敏度(93.18%)、特异度(89.47%)、准确性(92.06%)均明显高于常规超声检查(75.00%、7.89%、69.84%),两者差异明显(P<0.05)。结论 喉癌患者通过多层螺旋CT检查可有效诊断是否存在颈部淋巴结转移症状,其临床准确性水平较高。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of multislice spiral CT in cervical lymph node metastasis of patients with laryngeal cancer.Methods A project study was conducted on 63 patients with laryngeal cancer treated in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021.All patients underwent conventional ultrasound examination and multi-slice spiral CT examination.The accuracy of conventional ultrasound examination and multi-slice spiral CT examination was statistically compared.Results (1) there was no metastasis rate of 69.84% in patients with laryngeal cancer;Cervical lymph node metastasis rate 30.16%.Conventional ultrasound examination showed no metastasis ratio of 65.08%.Cervical lymph node metastasis rate 34.92%.MSCT showed no metastasis ratio of 68.25%.Cervical lymph node metastasis rate 21.75%.(2) The diagnostic sensitivity (93.18%),specificity (89.47%) and accuracy (92.06%) of multislice spiral CT for laryngeal cancer were significantly higher than those of conventional ultrasound (75.00%,7.89%,69.84%),and the differences were significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion MSCT can effectively diagnose cervical lymph node metastasis in patients with laryngeal cancer,and its clinical accuracy is high.
