摘　　要：专业学位研究生已成为我国研究生教育的重要组成部分,医学专业学位研究生的教育需以学术为依托,注重临床实践能力培养的同时,也应具备一定的临床科研能力,耳鼻咽喉头颈外科具有独其特的学科特点,其专业研究生培养提出了更高要求。我们总结分析前期培养中存在的问题,通过学校、学院、基地三方协同,在培养目标、课程设置、教学理念、培养模式、师资队伍建设等环节进行了探索和实践。Postgraduates with professional degrees have become an important part of graduate education in China.The education of postgraduates with medical degrees should not only rely on academia,and pay attention to the cultivation of clinical practice ability,but also have certain clinical scientific research ability.otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery has unique discipline characteristics,and its professional postgraduate training has put forward higher requirements.We summarize and analyze the problems existing in the early training,through the tripartite cooperation of the school,the college and the base,we have explored and practiced in the training goal,curriculum,teaching concept,training mode,teaching staff construction and other links.
