天麻醒脑胶囊联合奥卡西平治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 探讨原发性三叉神经痛患者采用天麻醒脑胶囊联合奥卡西平治疗的临床疗效。方法 选取2019年6月至2020年6月丹东市第一医院收治的原发性三叉神经痛患者70例作为研究对象,经随机分组的方式分为常规组与观察组,各35例。常规组患者予以奥卡西平单一治疗,观察组患者在常规组基础上联合天麻醒脑胶囊治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 治疗后,观察组生命质量评分、治疗有效率明显高于常规组,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQL)评分、中医证候积分以及不良反应发生率明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 天麻醒脑胶囊联合奥卡西平治疗原发性三叉神经痛临床疗效显著。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Tianma Xingnao capsule combined with oxcarbazepine in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia.Methods 70 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia admitted to the first hospital of Dandong City from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into routine group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The patients in the routine group were treated with oxcarbazepine alone,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Tianma Xingnao Capsule on the basis of the routine group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of quality of life and the effective rate of treatment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group,the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQL),TCM syndrome score and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Tianma Xingnao capsule combined with oxcarbazepine in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia was remarkable.
