银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液应用于急性后循环缺血血管内治疗开通良好患者的临床疗效及其对血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液应用于急性后循环缺血血管内治疗开通良好患者的临床疗效及其对血液流变学的影响。方法 选取2020年6月至2021年6月于沈阳市第一人民医院接受血管内治疗的急性后循环缺血患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。两组接受常规治疗,观察组加用银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液治疗。记录两组血液流变学指标、脑部血流指标改善效果,并比较两组治疗效果以及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组基底动脉、大脑前/中/后动脉血流速度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原以及全血还原黏度水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组无明显不良反应发生。结论 银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液应用于急性后循环缺血血管内治疗开通良好患者中具有显著效果,可有效改善患者血液流变学指标、脑部血流指标。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Ginkgo diterpene lactone glucosamine injection in endovas cular treatment of patients with acute posterior circulation ischemia and its effect on hemorheology.Methods 80 patients with acute posterior circulation ischemia who received intravascular treatment and were well opened in the first peoples hospital of Shenyang were selected.The admission time was from June 2020 to June 2021.They were randomly divided into two groups with 40 patients in each group.Both groups received routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Ginkgo diterpene lactone glucosamine injection.The improvement effects of hemorheological indexes and cerebral blood flow indexes were recorded,and the treatment effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Ffter treatment,the total effective rate was higher in the observation group(P<0.05);After treatment,the blood flow values of basilar artery and anterior/middle/posterior cerebral artery in the observation group were higher,with statistical difference(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of plasma viscosity,fibrinogen and whole blood reduced viscosity in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Ginkgo diterpene lactone glucosamine injection has a significant effect in patients with good intravascular treatment of acute posterior circulation ischemia.It can effectively improve the hemorheological indexes and cerebral blood flow indexes in the patient group,which is worthy of popularization.
