摘 要:零工经济从业者对工作节奏具有一定自主选择性,这对其工作满意度有何影响。对于此问题,本文基于代表性零工从业者—外卖骑手的调查数据,从工作时间异质性视角,根据其工作时间配置特征,在全面深入理解工作节奏内涵基础上,运用国民时间账户理论和模型实证研究发现:工作内部节奏过快会降低人们的工作幸福感;不同工作之间交替形成的工作节奏对工作幸福感具有倒U型影响;工作与非工作活动交替形成的工作节奏不仅直接降低工作幸福感,还通过挤占从事其他工作时间而产生间接消极影响。由此说明忙碌未必幸福,适度的工作流动并保持合理的工作节奏是快乐工作的重要条件。该研究不仅丰富了时间配置等理论,还为零工经济就业实践提供参考和指导。Whether the job satisfaction has been improved or raised for those who work with a certain degree of job choices in the gig economy?To answer this question,based on the survey data collected from a number of delivery riders who are typical of workers working in the gig economy,and from the perspective of heterogeneity of their working hours,as well as a ccording to the characteristics of their working hours a llocation,t his p aper e xplores a comprehensive a nd i n-depth u nderstanding of the working p ace c oncept and applies the national time accounting theory and model empirical research,and the findings are as follows:too fast working pace will lower the level of work-related happiness.The working pace formed alternately between different jobs has an inverted U-shaped effect on work-related happiness.The work pace formed by the alternation of work and non-work activities not only directly reduces work-related happiness,but also indirectly has a negative impact by crowding out other working hours.All of these show that busy working life cannot necessarily bring happiness.Moderate working mobility and reasonable working pace are the preconditions for a happy working life.This research not only enriches the time allocation theory,but also provides the reference and guidance for employment practices in the gig economy.
