摘 要:试验旨在研究日粮中添加不同浓度牛磺酸对山羊体重及血清中生化指标的影响。选择16只5~6月龄的山羊,随机分为4组,分别为对照组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组、试验Ⅳ组(在日粮中添加0、0.05%、0.10%、0.20%的牛磺酸),每组4个重复,每个重复1只羊。试验期共81 d,分为两个阶段:第一阶段在日粮基础上添加不同牛磺酸水平连续饲喂21 d;第二阶段停止药物干预。在试验第30、51和81 d时各采集一次血液,测定山羊体重及血清部分生化指标。结果显示:试验第1~30 d,各试验组山羊的平均日增重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验第31~51 d,各组山羊的平均日增重差异不显著(P>0.05),且此时间段各组的平均日增重低于其他时间段;试验第51~81 d,试验Ⅱ组山羊的平均日增重显著低于试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。试验第21 d,试验Ⅲ组山羊血清γ干扰素(IFN-γ)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组、试验Ⅳ组山羊血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组显著高于试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05);对照组、试验Ⅱ组血清总蛋白(TP)含量显著低于试验Ⅲ组、试验Ⅳ组(P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组、试验Ⅳ组血清白蛋白(ALB)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组显著低于试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。试验第30 d,对照组、试验Ⅱ组血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)含量和SOD活性显著低于试验Ⅲ组、试验Ⅳ组(P<0.05);对照组、试验Ⅱ组血清TP、ALB的含量显著低于试验Ⅲ组、试验Ⅳ组(P<0.05)。试验第51 d,试验Ⅳ组血清SOD活性显著高于其他3组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅳ组血清TP含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组显著低于试验Ⅳ组(P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组、试验Ⅳ组血清ALB含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮添加0.10%牛磺酸对山羊的增重效果最佳;添加0.10%、0.20%牛磺酸可显著提高山羊血清抗氧化能力和免疫能力。The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of adding different concentrations of taurine in the feed on the body weight and biochemical indexes in serum of goats.16 goats aged 5~6 months were selected and randomly divided into four groups,namely control group,groupⅡ,groupⅢ,and groupⅣ(adding 0,0.05%,0.10%,0.20%of taurine),with four replicates in each group and one goats in each replicate.The experimental period lasted for 81 d and was divided into two stages,the first stage was supplemented with different taurine levels on the basis of the diet and fed continuously for 21 d,and the second stage stopped drug intervention.Blood was collected once on the 30th,51st and 81st days of the experiment,and the changes of goat body weight and serum biochemical indexes were measured.The results showed that from 1~30 d of the experiment,the average daily weight gain of the goats in each test group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).From the 31~51 d,there was no significant difference in the average daily weight gain of each group of goats(P>0.05),and the average daily weight gain of each group in the period was lower than that in other periods.From 51~81 d,the average daily gain of goats in groupⅡwas significantly lower than that in groupⅢ(P<0.05).On the 21st day of the experiment,the content ofγ-interferon(γ-IFN)in groupⅢwas significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The total superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity of groupⅢand groupⅣwas significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and groupⅢwas significantly higher than that of groupⅡ(P<0.05).The total protein(TP)content of control group and groupⅡwas significantly lower than that of groupⅢand groupⅣ(P<0.05).The albumin(ALB)content of groupⅢand groupⅣwas significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),groupⅡwas significantly lower than groupⅢ(P<0.05).On the 30th day of the experiment,the amount and SOD activity of interleukin-2(IL-2)in control group and groupⅡwere significant
