摘 要:目的探讨基于卷积神经网络的三维诊断系统在复杂胫骨平台骨折中的应用价值.方法回顾性分析2018年8月至2020年12月86例复杂胫骨平台骨折患者的临床资料,所有患者均行胫骨平台骨折切开复位内固定手术,其中41例使用软件辅助纳入观察组,45例未使用软件辅助纳入对照组.记录两组患者术中指标,包括手术出血量、手术时间;及术后3d疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分.结果与对照组比较,观察组术中出血量较少、手术时间较短(P<0.05);术后3 d,观察组VAS评分比对照组低(P<0.05).结论三维诊断系统用于辅助诊治复杂胫骨平台骨折,能够缩短复杂胫骨平台骨折的手术时间,减少术中出血,减轻术后疼痛.Objective To explore the application value of three-dimensional diagnosis system based on convolutional neural network in the diagnosis of complex tibial plateau fractures.Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with complex tibial plateau fracture in our hospital from August 2018 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent open reduction and internal fixation of tibial plateau fracture,of which 41 cases were enrolled in the observation group with software assistance and 45 cases were enrolled in the control group without software assistance.Intraoperative indicators of the two groups were recorded,including total postoperative blood loss,operation time.Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were recorded 3 days after surgery.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had less intraoperative blood loss and shorter operation time(P<0.05).Three days after operation,compared with the control group,the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The three-dimensional diagnosis system is used to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of complex tibial plateau fracture,which can better shorten the operation time of complex tibial plateau fracture,reduce intraoperative bleeding and relieve postoperative pain.
