2015-2019年常山县居民脑卒中发病特征分析

摘　　要：目的分析2015-2019年常山县脑卒中发病情况及变化趋势.方法通过对"浙江省慢性病监测信息管理系统"报告的常山县户籍居民脑卒中监测数据进行回顾性分析.结果2015-2019年常山县累计报告发病4,524例,年均发病率为263.30/10万,其中男性年均发病率296.02/10万,女性年均发病率228.30/10万,男性高于女性(χ^(2)=30.61,P<0.001).发病率随着年龄的增大而升高,≥60岁发病人数占78.27%,与<60岁比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=15,311.476,P<0.001).脑梗死、脑出血发病率位居前2位,均高于其他类型脑卒中(χ^(2)=1210.66,P<0.01).农村地区发病率高于城镇(χ^(2)=146.58,P<0.01),农民占51.90%.结论常山县脑卒中发病率较高,随着年龄的增大而升高,脑梗死、脑出血的发病率占大多数,≥60岁为高发人群.农村是脑卒中高发地区,农民占大多数.Objective To analyze the incidence and trend of stroke in Changshan County from 2015 to 2019.Methods Through the retrospective statistical analysis of stroke monitoring data of registered residents in Changshan County reported by"Zhejiang Chronic Disease monitoring information Management System".Results From 2015 to 2019,a total of 4,524 cases were reported in Changshan County,with an average annual incidence of 263.30/10 million,among which the average annual incidence of males was 296.02/10 million.The average annual incidence rate of female was 228.30/10 million,and male was higher than female(χ^(2)=30.61,P<0.001).The incidence increased with age,accounting for 78.27%of patients aged≥60 years,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=15,311.476,P<0.001).The incidence of cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage was the first two,higher than other types of stroke(χ^(2)=1210.66,P<0.01).The incidence rate in rural areas was higher than that in urban areas(χ^(2)=146.58,P<0.01),and farmers accounted for 51.90%.Conclusion The incidence of stroke in Changshan County is high,and increases with the increase of age.The incidence of cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage accounts for the majority,and≥60 years old is the high incidence population.Rural areas are high incidence of stroke,and farmers account for the majority.
