甘草酸苷对肿瘤药物引起肝损伤患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨甘草酸苷对肿瘤药物引起肝损伤患者的治疗效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年6月北京市石景山医院收治的120例肿瘤药物引起肝损伤患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组应用常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用甘草酸苷治疗。比较两组临床疗效、肝功能指标及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、胆碱酯酶、总胆红素、谷氨酰转肽酶及血清白蛋白水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出现1例轻度关节水肿,停药后可自行缓解;对照组无明显不良反应发生。结论:甘草酸苷治疗肿瘤药物引起的肝损伤效果确切,能保护患者肝脏,改善肝功能指标,且安全性高,值得推广并予以应用。Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of glycyrrhizin on patients with liver injury caused by tumor drugs. Methods: A total of 120 patients with liver injury caused by tumor drugs who were admitted to Beijing Shijingshan Hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects, and they were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional drugs, and the observation group was additionally treated with glycyrrhizin on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, liver function indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The treatment effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase, glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase, alkaline phosphatase, cholinesterase, total bilirubin, glutamyl transpeptidase and serum albumin in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);mild joint edema occurred in 1 case of the observation group, which could be relieved spontaneously after drug withdrawal;no obvious adverse reactions occurred in the control group. Conclusion: Glycyrrhizin has definite effect on treating liver injury caused by tumor drugs, can protect the liver and improve liver function indexes, and has high safety, which is worthy of popularization and application.
