摘  要:目的:分析非那雄胺对前列腺癌组织低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)表达的影响。方法:选取2019年3月-2020年3月贵州航天医院收治的60例前列腺癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各30例。观察组应用非那雄胺治疗,对照组应用氟他胺治疗。采用免疫组织化学法检测两组患者前列腺癌组织中HIF-1α的表达情况。结果:观察组HIF-1α表达阳性率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:非那雄胺可抑制前列腺癌患者体内HIF-1α的表达,延缓疾病进展,促进患者康复,在临床治疗中具有参考价值及指导意义。Objective: To analyze the effect of finasteride on the expression of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) in prostate cancer tissue. Methods: A total of 60 prostate cancer patients admitted to Guizhou Aerospace Hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with finasteride, and the control group was treated with flutamide. The expression of HIF-1α in prostate cancer tissues of the two groups was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive rate of HIF-1α expression in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Finasteride can inhibit the expression of HIF-1α in patients with prostate cancer, delay the disease progression, and promote the recovery of patients. It has reference value and guiding significance in clinical treatment.
