摘  要:针对海上固定设施和动态船只较难通过合成孔径雷达(synthetic aperture radar,SAR)幅度信息有效区分的问题,设计了一条海上固定设施和动态船只分别提取的技术路线。首先,使用多期SAR数据的干涉相干信息、双参数恒虚警概率算法(constant false alarm rate,CFAR)和众数滤波提取海上固定设施,之后将海上固定设施和海杂波强反射区进行掩膜,使用CFAR算法、众数滤波从SAR幅度图提取动态船只。使用五期江苏省南通市近海区Sentinel-1A SAR影像开展实验研究。结果表明:SAR干涉相干提取的近海风力发电场的正确率为90.4%,虚警率为9.6%,漏检率为0;掩膜后SAR幅度图提取的动态船只结果基本消除了海上固定设施和海杂波强反射的干扰,正确率较高。该技术路线可为海上固定设施和动态船只识别的自动化、工程化应用提供借鉴。A technical route is designed to solve the difficulty in distinguishing between marine fixed facilities and dynamic ships by synthetic aperture radar(SAR)amplitude information.Firstly,the interferometric coherent information of time series SAR data is used to extract the offshore fixed facilities,by two-parameter constant false alarm rate(CFAR)algorithm and mode filtering(or majority filter).Then,using the boundary of marine fixed facilities and strong reflection of sea clutter,the dynamic ships are extracted from SAR amplitude map,by two-parameter CFAR algorithm and mode filter.The experiment is carried out using Sentinel-1A SAR images covering the offshore area near Nantong city,Jiangsu province.The experimental results show that:(1)The accuracy rate,false alarm rate and missed detection rate of the offshore wind power plants extracted by SAR interference coherence are 90.4%,9.6%and 0,respectively.(2)The dynamic ship results extracted from masked SAR amplitude map can effectively eliminate the influence caused by offshore fixed facilities and strong reflection of sea clutter,and the accuracy is high.The technical route of this experiment can provide a reference for the automatic and engineering application on identification of offshore fixed facilities and dynamic ships.
