摘　　要：目的探讨医用三氧自体血回输治疗急性一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病(delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning DEACMP)的临床疗效。方法将符合入组标准的46例DEACMP患者随机分为两组,分别为治疗组(医用三氧自体血回输疗法+传统治疗方法)和对照组(传统治疗方法),各23例。对两组患者治疗前、治疗2周及3个月进行脑电图检查、简易智能状态检查量表(Mini-mental State Examination MMSE)评分和日常生活能力评定量表(Acticity of Daily Living Scale ADL)评分。结果入院时,两组患者的脑电图评分、MMSE评分、ADL评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。入院后2周、3个月,治疗组较对照组的脑电图评分减低,MMSE评分和ADL评分增高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三氧自体血回输疗法有助于提高DEACMP患者认知能力及日常生活能力,可减轻脑电图的异常程度。Objective To study the efficacy of delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning(DEACMP)in the treatment of trioxygen autotransfusion.Methods A total of 46 patients with DEACMP who met the inclusion criteria randomly divided into two groups:the study group(three oxygen+traditional medical treatment)and control group(conventional therapy),study group accepted the treatment of trioxygen autotransfusion,drugs and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.The control group was given drug and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.EEG,Mini-Mental StateExamination(MMSE)and Acticity of Daily Living Scale(ADL)were performed on each patient before treatment,2 weeks and 3 months after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).2 weeks and 3 months after admission,MMSE score and ADL score in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the EEG score were lower,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Trioxygen autotransfusion is helpful to improve the cognitive ability and daily living ability of patients with DEACMP,and can reduce the degree of abnormal EEG.
