摘 要:以PZB模型为分析工具,采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,分析了我国滑雪服务质量的差距及其致因,提出了相应对策。研究表明,消费者期望的滑雪服务质量与实际感知的滑雪服务质量存在较大差距,其原因在于市场需求把握不准、规划设计不够完善、监督管理不够规范、供需匹配机制缺失。应通过把握市场需求、注重质量控制、加强监督管理、密切供需衔接,弥合滑雪服务质量供给中存在的理解、标准、供给、沟通4个方面的差距,提升消费者滑雪服务的感知质量和满意度。In this paper,the PZB model is used as an analysis tool,it adopts the methods of literature research and logical analysis,it analyses the gap of skiing service quality in China and its causes,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.Research shows,there is a big gap between the expected skiing service quality of consumers and the perceived skiing service quality.The reasons are inaccurate market demand,imperfect planning and design,lack of standardized supervision and management,and lack of matching mechanism between supply and demand.We should bridge the gap of understanding,standards,supply and communication in the supply of skiing service quality by grasping market demand,focusing on quality control,strengthening supervision and management,and closely linking supply and demand,improving the perceived quality and satisfaction of consumers’skiing services.
