摘　　要：环境法学是以环境与资源保护法这一新兴部门法为主要研究对象的学科。环境法学无法直接照搬、套用部门法学理念下割离出来的独立调整对象、独特调整方法以及法律规范范式。“环境与资源保护法学”课程思政教学改革既要与其他部门法课程一样,将习近平法治思想、社会主义核心价值观、中华优秀传统文化、职业伦理与职业道德的基本要求融会贯通于教学中,又要将习近平生态文明思想以及新时代生态文明建设的具体实践放进去、融进去,体现自然规律与社会规律相结合的根本要求,满足绿色发展、生态文明建设、法治建设的全面要求。Science of environmental law is a branch of the science of law which research object is the environmental and resource protection law.Environmental law can not directly copy and apply the independent adjustment object,unique adjustment method and legal norm paradigm separated from the concept of other division of laws.The unique adjustment object of environmental law determines that science of environmental law will break the scene that the departmental laws are independent and relatively separated from each other.The reform of Ideological and Political Theories Education in the course of Environmental and Resource Protection Law should integrate Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,the core values of Chinese socialism,excellent traditional Chinese culture,professional ethics,as well as Xi Jinping’s Ecological Civilization Thought and the practice of ecological civilization construction,into teaching,embodying the basic requirements of the combination of law of nature and society and meeting the overall requirements of green development,ecological civilization construction and rule of law construction.
