摘　　要：目的 探究百合知母汤联合脑电仿生电刺激仪治疗脑卒中后抑郁效果。方法 选取92 例脑卒中后抑郁患者作为研究对象,按照电脑随机数法分为对照组与研究组,各46 例。研究组予脑电仿生电刺激仪联合百合知母汤治疗,对照组予脑电仿生电刺激仪治疗。比较2 组治疗后临床疗效,观察2 组治疗前及治疗6 周后中医证候评分、神经功能(NIHSS)及抑郁水平(HAMD)、血液流变学指标,记录2 组治疗期间药物不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,2 组中医证候评分较治疗前均降低,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗有效率(95.65%,44/46)高于对照组(76.09%,35/46)(P<0.05);治疗后,2 组NIHSS 及HAMD 评分均低于治疗前,研究组较对照组更低(P<0.05);治疗后,2 组全血黏度高切、全血黏度低切水平较治疗前均降低,研究组均低于对照组(P<0.05);2 组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 百合知母汤联合脑电仿生电刺激仪治疗脑卒中后抑郁,可提高临床疗效,改善神经系统功能及中医证候症状,降低抑郁水平,改善血液流变性,且未明显增加给药期间药物不良反应。Objective To explore the effect of Baihe Zhimu Decoction combined with the EEG Bionic Electrical Stimulator in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods A total of 92 patients with post-stroke depression were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into a control group and a research group according to the computer random number method,with 46 cases in each group.The research group was treated with the EEG Bionic Electrical Stimulator combined with Baihe Zhimu Decoction,while the control group was treated with the EEG Bionic Electrical Stimulator only.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was compared,and the TCM syndrome scores,levels of neurological function (NIHSS) and depression (HAMD),and hemorheological indexes of the two groups before and after 6 weeks of treatment were observed,and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions in the two groups during the treatment was recorded.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the research group was lower than the control group (P<0.05),and the effective rate of the research group (95.65%,44/46) was higher than that of the control group (76.09%,35 /46) (P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS and HAMD scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the research group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of high shear whole blood viscosity and low shear whole blood viscosity in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the research group was lower than the control group (P< 0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of post-stroke depression,Baihe Zhimu Decoction combined with the EEG Bionic Electrical Stimulator can improve the clinical efficacy,improve the nervous system function and TCM syndrome scores,reduce the level of depression,improve the hemorheology,without significantly increasing the adverse drug r
