摘  要:为响应党的十九大号召,深化院校医学教育改革,提升医学生解决临床实际问题的能力,教研室在医学影像学见习课程中,在CBL教学法的基础上,以T-PACS系统为平台,联合MDT模式,尝试基于T-PACS系统的CBL联合MDT的教学改革实践。构建以问题为基础、以病例为先导、以教师为指引、以学生为主体的新型启发式教育模式。通过教师课前提供精选案例、学生查阅资料分组准备、课堂模拟MDT诊疗模式教学、问题讨论及总结等四阶段教学过程,充分调动学生学习的积极性和主动性,培养学生的临床医学思维,提升学生的临床实践能力,提高医学影像学见习课的教学效果。In order to respond to the call of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,deepen the educational reform of medical colleges, and improve the ability of medical students to solve practical clinical problems, in the internship course of medical imaging, we try the reform practice of CBL combined with MDT teaching based on T-PACS system, to build a new heuristic education model based on problems, with cases as the guide, teachers as the guidance and students as the main body. Through the four-stage teaching process of teachers providing cases before class, students preparing in groups, simulating MDT diagnosis and treatment mode teaching in class, problem discussion and summary, we can fully mobilize students’ learning enthusiasm and initiative, cultivate students’ clinical medical thinking, improve students’ clinical practical ability, and improve the teaching effect of medical imaging internship course.
