注射用脑蛋白水解物(Ⅱ)与(Ⅲ)在临床中的使用效益分析

摘　　要：目的:比较患者使用注射用脑蛋白水解物(Ⅱ)与注射用脑蛋白水解物(Ⅲ)在临床中的使用效益差异,以期为临床医生优化治疗方案提供参考。方法:选取2017年3月—2019年3月南昌大学第二附属医院病历系统中的数据。对两组患者进行1:1无放回的倾向得分匹配。对比匹配后两组患者的次均住院总费用、次均处方费用、次均住院天数及次均I C U天数,并使用其他匹配方法进行稳健性检验。结果:本文最终纳入样本2842例,成功匹配样本317对。经统计注射用脑蛋白水解物(Ⅱ)组患者的次均住院总费用略高于注射用脑蛋白水解物(Ⅲ)组,注射用脑蛋白水解物(Ⅱ)组患者的次均ICU天数短于注射用脑蛋白水解物(Ⅲ)组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。稳健性检验结果显示,受匹配方法选择影响较小,结果较为稳健。结论:相较于注射用脑蛋白水解物(Ⅲ),使用注射用脑蛋白水解物(Ⅱ)住院总费用略高,次均ICU住院天数略短。Objective To compare the difference in the use of medical resources between patients using cerebroprotein hydrolysate for injection(II)and cerebroprotein hydrolysate for injection(III),so as to provide reference for clinicians to optimize treatment plans.Methods Data from the medical record system of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected.The two groups of patients were matched with 1:1 non return tendency score.After matching,the average total cost of hospitalization,average prescription cost,average days of hospitalization and average days of ICU were compared between the two groups,and other matching methods were used to test the robustness.Results 2842 samples were included in this study,and 317 pairs of samples were successfully matched.According to statistics,the average total cost of hospitalization in the group of cerebroprotein hydrolysate for injection(Ⅱ)was slightly higher than that in the group of cerebroprotein hydrolysate for injection(Ⅲ),and the average number of ICU days in the group of cerebroprotein hydrolysate for injection(Ⅱ)was shorter than that in the group of cerebroprotein hydrolysate for injection(Ⅲ),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The robustness test results show that the research results are less affected by the selection of matching methods,and the results are relatively robust.Conclusion Compared with cerebroprotein hydrolysate for injection(Ⅲ),the total cost of hospitalization with cerebroprotein hydrolysate for injection(Ⅱ)is slightly higher,and the times are in ICU,but the length of hospitalization is slightly shorter.
