摘  要:随着我国进入新发展阶段,公立医院高质量发展对科研创新和科研管理工作都有着更高要求。将胜任力概念引入医院科研管理人员能力素质研究领域,并从面临的新形势和新环境、当前公立医院科研管理人员能力不足等角度分析了提升能力素质的必要性,从创新思维与学习能力维度、价值观维度、沟通与执行力维度等层面提出了公立医院科研管理人员所应具备的核心能力素质,以期对促进医院科研水平提升及高质量发展有所裨益。As China enters a new development stage,the high-quality development of public hospitals have higher requirements for scientific research innovation and management.It introduces the concept of competence into the research field of the ability and quality of scientific research managers in hospital.Then it analyzes the necessity of improving the ability and quality of scientific research managers in public hospitals in the new period from the perspective of the new situation and the lack of ability.On this basis,it analyzes the core competence of public hospital scientific research managers from the dimensions of innovative thinking and learning ability,values,communication and execution,so as to help the promotion of hospital scientific research level and its high-quality development.
