摘 要:研究了具有多水平修理策略的k/n(G)系统,部件可能由于内部故障或外部冲击发生故障,即部件是竞争失效的.利用马尔可夫分析方法,推导了系统可用度等可靠性指标.此外,以最小化系统期望成本为目标,建立优化模型.最后,以三水平修理策略为例,验证了研究结果的实用性.结果表明,多水平修理策略更符合实际工程中对不同等级修理工的需求,对成本优化问题也有一定的影响.The system with multi-level repair strategy is studied,and the components may fail due to internal failure or external impact,which means the components are competitive failure. Reliability indexes such as system availability are derived by using Markov analysis method. Furthermore,an optimization model is built with the goal of minimizing the expected cost of the system. Finally,the utility of the results is verified by the example of a threelevel repair strategy. The results show that the multi-level repair strategy is more in line with the needs of different levels of repairman in practical engineering,which also has a certain impact on the optimization problem of cost.
