摘 要:科技人力资源是各类科技创新活动的基础和支撑,是一个企业甚至一个国家的重要战略资源,对其进行合理利用能够大大提升创新能力。基于此,对电网企业的科技人力资源现状进行分析,利用灰色模型对电网企业科技人力资源进行优化配置,通过算例分析对实际数据与模拟数据的误差和精度进行检验,验证了该模型的准确性,并且进一步预测未来5年某电网企业科技人力资源配置规模,为电网企业科技创新发展提供参考。Scientific and technological human resources are the foundation and support of various scientific and technological innovation activities,and an important strategic resource of an enterprise or even a country.Rational use of them can greatly enhance innovation capabilities.Based on this,the current situation of scientific and technological human resources in power grid enterprises is analyzed,and the gray model is used to optimize the allocation of scientific and technological human resources in power grid enterprises.The error and accuracy of the actual data and the simulated data are tested through the analysis of an example,the accuracy of the model is verified,and the scale of the scientific and technological human resources allocation in a power grid enterprise in the next five years is further predicted,which provides a reference for the technological innovation and development of power grid enterprises.
