摘 要:目的:探讨自黏接树脂水门汀与自酸蚀黏接水门汀对牙本质黏接强度的影响。方法:选取2019年8月—2021年8月航天中心医院新鲜拔除的人第三磨牙40颗,控制操作者手部压力进行牙体预备,磨除(牙合)面浅层牙本质,暴露中层牙本质,制得牙本质平面试件。采用随机数字表法将试件分为自酸蚀树脂黏接水门汀Panavia F组和自黏接树脂黏接水门汀SAC组各20颗。测量黏接后的牙本质即刻黏接强度及老化黏接强度,观察断裂模式。结果:自酸蚀树脂黏接水门汀的牙本质即刻黏接强度[(13.41±1.32)M P a]和老化后黏接强度[(8.50±1.64)M P a]均高于自黏接树脂水门汀组的牙本质即刻黏接强度[(10.62±1.59)MPa]和老化后黏接强度[(6.52±1.56)MPa],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相较于自黏接树脂水门汀,自酸蚀黏接水门汀与牙本质的黏接强度和黏接耐久性更强。Objective To explore the effect of two types of self-etching resin adhesive cements on bonding strength of dentin.Methods40 fresh human third molars extracted from the Space Center Hospital between August 2019 and August 2021 were selected.The occlusal enamel was removed to expose the surface of middle dentin by controlling the operator’s hand pressure.The teeth were randomly assigned to two groups,according to the type of cements.The two group are self-etching resin adhesive cement Panavia F group and self-bonding resin adhesive SAC group.The operator prepared the dentin surfaces,and then cement the adhesive cement with the prepared dentin surface respectively,measure the adhesive strength,and observe the fracture mode.Results The bonding strength(13.41±1.32 MPa)and aging bonding strength(8.50±1.64 MPa)was the higher in the group of the self-etching resin adhesive cement than self-bonding resin adhesive cement group(bonding strength 10.62±1.59 MPa and aging bonding strength 6.52±1.56 MPa).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In this experiment,the dentin surface has higher bonding strength with self-etching resin cement.
