摘　　要：中枢神经系统感染(ICNS)是颅脑或脊髓手术术后的严重并发症之一,其中细菌性感染占据多数,可导致严重后果。早期、精确的诊断及适当治疗是决定预后的关键因素。ICNS的诊断主要依据典型临床表现、实验室检查及影像学检查。然而金标准的脑脊液培养耗时长,易延误病情,且阳性检出率不高易造成漏诊。如何早期快速诊断及预测感染的发展一直是临床医生关心的问题。本文就常见的感染化验指标在ICNS的程度、趋势的判断及预测方面的研究进展进行综述。Central nervous system infection is one of the serious complications after craniocerebral or spinal surgery,in which bacterial infection accounts for the majority,and can lead to serious consequences.Early and accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment are the key factors to determine the prognosis.The diagnosis is mainly based on typical clinical manifestations,laboratory examination and imaging examination.However,due to the gold standard cerebrospinal fluid culture takes a long time,so it could easily be delay to cure the disease,and the positive rate is not high,it is easy to cause missed diagnosis.How to make early and rapid diagnosis and predict the development of infection has always been a concern of clinicians.This paper reviews the research progress of common infection laboratory indexes in judging and predicting the degree and trend of central nervous system infection.
