摘　　要：目的:研究替米沙坦氢氯噻嗪双层片的处方工艺。方法:采用单因素筛选方法获得双层片的处方组成和制备工艺。结果:本品的溶出曲线和各项质量指标均符合要求,处方工艺合理,质量可控。结论:替米沙坦氢氯噻嗪双层片的处方工艺可靠,质量稳定,适合于工业化生产。Objective:To study the formulation and process of telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide bilayer tablets.Methods:A single factor method was used to select the formulation composition and preparation technology of the bilayer tablets.Results:The dissolution curve and various quality indexes of the product met the requirements,the formulation process was reasonable,and the quality was controllable.Conclusion:The optimized telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide bilayer tablets have reliable formulation and stable quality,and are suitable for industrial production.
