“互联网+”背景下高校科研管理工作的转型思考

摘　　要：互联网技术已经被广泛应用于各个领域中,并且取得的成果颇丰。通过大数据科技调控手段的有力支撑,更便于高校开展科研管理工作,“互联网+服务”模式在时代发展的推动下应运而生,还明显提高了高校的科研管理水平。首先对高校科研管理的角色定位加以概述,继而对高校科研管理工作存在的一些问题进行着重分析,最后围绕“互联网+”背景下高校科研管理工作转型的实现路径展开深入探讨。Internet technology has been widely used in various fields, and has achieved fruitful results. With the strong support of big data technology control means, it is more convenient for colleges and universities to carry out scientific research management. The “Internet plus service” mode came into being under the impetus of the development of the times, and it also significantly improved the level of scientific research management in colleges and universities. This paper first summarizes the role orientation of scientific research management in colleges and universities, and then analyzes some problems existing in scientific research management in colleges and universities. Finally, it discusses the realization path of scientific research management transformation in colleges and universities in the context of “Internet plus”.
