摘　　要：保持高校研究生党员先进性是高校党建工作的重要内容,也是高校研究生思想政治教育工作的着力点。当前研究生党员先进性教育面临着部分研究生党员理论学习有所弱化、先锋模范作用不突出、教育合力发挥不够等与先进性教育要求不相适应的问题。因此,要结合研究生党员的特点,从理论学习、社会实践、支部建设等方面加强先进性教育,切实提升研究生党员的先进性,为全面建设社会主义现代化国家提供坚实的人才保证。Maintaining the advanced nature of party members of postgraduates is an important content of party building work in colleges and universities, and it is also the focus of ideological and political education for postgraduates in colleges and universities. At present, the advanced education of postgraduate party members is faced with the problems that are incompatible with the requirements of advanced education, such as the weakening of theoretical learning of some postgraduate party members, the lack of prominent vanguard and exemplary role, and the lack of joint force in education. Therefore, it is necessary to combine the characteristics of postgraduate party members, strengthen advanced education in terms of theoretical study, social practice, and branch building, and effectively enhance the advanced nature of postgraduate party members, so as to provide a solid guarantee of talents for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country.
