复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合二甲硅油用于肠镜检查前肠道准备的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合二甲硅油在电子肠镜检查前肠道准备中的效果。方法:选取2018年9月至2021年9月于德兴市人民医院行电子肠镜检查的80例患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组给予复方聚乙二醇电解质散行肠道准备,观察组于此基础上加以二甲硅油行肠道准备。对比两组肠道检查时间、生理盐水冲洗量、肠道清洁度、肠内祛泡效果、腹胀程度与腹胀发生率、病灶检出情况与不良反应。结果:观察组肠道检查时间(11.42±2.06)min短于对照组(15.89±2.47)min,生理盐水冲洗量(32.53±3.78)mL少于对照组(54.46±4.69)mL,肠道清洁度92.50%与肠内祛泡效果95.00%均高于对照组75.00%、80.00%,腹胀程度轻于对照组,腹胀发生率5.00%低于对照组22.50%,病灶检出率75.00%高于对照组52.50%,不良反应发生率10.00%低于对照组27.50%,均差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:聚乙二醇电解质散+二甲硅油在电子肠镜检查前肠道准备中效果确切,可有效缩短检查时间,减少生理盐水冲洗量,改善检查视野,提升病灶检出率,并能够减轻患者的腹胀程度,减少不良反应的发生,应用价值较高。Objective:To investigate the effect of polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with dimethylsilicone oil in intestinal preparation before electronic colonoscopy.Methods:80 patients who underwent electronic colonoscopy in Dexing People’s Hospital from September 2018 to September 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was given polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder for intestinal preparation,and the observation group was given dimethylsilicone oil for intestinal preparation on this basis.The intestinal examination time,normal saline flushing volume,intestinal cleanliness,intestinal defoaming effect,degree and incidence of abdominal distention,lesion detection and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The intestinal examination time (11.42±2.06) min in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (15.89±2.47) min,the flushing volume of normal saline (32.53±3.78) mL was less than that in the control group (54.46±4.69) mL,the intestinal cleanliness 92.50% and the intestinal defoaming effect 95.00% were higher than those in the control group 75.00% and 80.00%,and the degree of abdominal distension was lighter than that in the control group,The incidence of abdominal distension 5.00% was lower than that of the control group 22.50%,the detection rate of lesions 75.00% was higher than that of the control group 52.50%,and the incidence of adverse reactions 10.00% was lower than that of the control group 27.50%,with statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder + dimethylsilicone oil has a definite effect in the preparation of intestinal tract before electronic enteroscopy.It can effectively shorten the examination time,reduce the flushing amount of normal saline,improve the examination field of vision,improve the detection rate of lesions,reduce the degree of abdominal distension and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.It has high application value.
