摘　　要：为加快推进大型科学仪器向社会开放,进一步提高其利用效率,国务院提出了以授权为基础、市场化方式运营为核心的科研仪器设备开放共享机制。正视高校大型科学仪器开放共享过程中存在的问题,充分考量大型科学仪器开放共享政策背景,围绕大型科学仪器开放实验室建设,从组织机构、制度体系、集约化平台、市场化机制、资质能力等方面进行探索与实践,对创新高校大型科学仪器共享管理模式具有重要意义。In order to accelerate the opening of large-scale scientific instruments to the society and further improve their utilization efficiency,the State Council has put forward an open sharing mechanism for scientific research instruments and equipment based on authorization and centered on market-oriented operation.Facing up to the problems existing in the open sharing process of large-scale scientific instruments in colleges and universities,taking full account of the open sharing policy background of large-scale scientific instruments,and focusing on the construction of large-scale scientific instruments open laboratories,exploring and practicing from the aspects of organization management,institutional system,intensive platform,market-oriented mechanism,qualification and ability is of great significance to the innovation of large-scale scientific instruments sharing management mode in colleges and universities.
