摘　　要：目的探究在运动训练情境下,青少年排球教练员不同层次的领导行为对运动员心理疲劳的影响,以及训练比赛满意感变量在其中的中介效应。方法采用问卷调查法对323名现役少体校排球运动员进行整群抽样调查,利用AMOS19.0对SEM进行验证。结果与结论1)5个不同维度教练员领导行为与运动员心理疲劳、训练比赛满意感存在不同程度的相关性;2)教练员领导行为不仅可以负向推测运动员心理疲劳,也可以正向预测训练比赛满意感;训练比赛满意感有效负向预测运动员心理疲劳。3)训练比赛满意感在教练员不同领导行为与运动员心理疲劳间起部分中介作用。Objective To explore the influence of different levels of leadership behaviors of youth volleyball coaches on athletes'physical fatigue in the context of sports training,and the mediating effect of the variables of training and competition satisfaction.Methods A cluster sampling survey was carried out on 323 active volleyball players in a minor sports school by using the questionnaire survey method,and the SEM was verified by AMOS19.0.Results and Conclusion 1)There are different degrees of correlation between coaches'leadership behavior in five different dimensions and athletes'psychological fatigue and training and competition satisfaction.2)Coaches'leadership behavior can not only negatively predict athletes'psychological fatigue,but also positively predict training game satisfaction,training game satisfaction effectively negatively predicts mental fatigue of athletes.3)Training competition satisfaction plays a partial mediating role between different leadership behaviors of coaches and mental fatigue of athletes.
