摘 要:“生态文明建设是中华民族永续发展的千年大计”,社区公民生态责任教育在服务生态文明建设上大有可为,对社区公民进行生态责任教育是新时代生态文明建设的需要,是生态社区、绿色社区以及社区治理能力和治理体系的需要,同时也是社区公民自身发展的需求。社区公民生态责任教育在取得可喜成绩的同时,也存在重“拿来”轻“内化”、重“普遍性”轻“特殊性”的问题。在社区公民生态责任教育的价值培养上,要丰富社区公民生态文明知识、强化社区公民生态环保意识、厚植社区公民生态道德情感、提升社区公民生态责任能力;在实践取向上,要把握教育的方式方法和内容原则,促进社区公民生态责任教育实效性的提升。“The construction of ecological civilization is the millennium plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation”. The ecological responsibility education of community citizens has great potential in serving the construction of ecological civilization. The ecological responsibility education of community citizens is the need of the construction of ecological civilization in the new era, the need of ecological community, green community, community governance capacity and governance system, and the demand for the self-development of community citizens. While the ecological responsibility education of community citizens has made gratifying achievements, there are also problems of attaching importance to “bringing” and belittling “internalization”, attaching importance to “universality” and belittling “particularity”. On the value cultivation of ecological responsibility education of community citizens, it is necessary to enrich the knowledge of ecological civilization of community citizens, strengthen community citizens’ awareness of ecological environmental protection, cultivate the ecological moral feelings of community citizens, and improve the ecological responsibility ability of community citizens;In practice orientation, it is necessary to grasp the methods and content principles of education to promote the effectiveness of ecological responsibility education for community citizens.
