摘 要:大学生心理健康教育工作开展中,心理健康教育课程可以培养学生健康心理,可以结合部分大学生心理健康状况,将案例分析教学法和心理健康教育之间紧密结合,进而突破传统课堂教学观念束缚,融入积极心理学的理论和知识,可以增强大学生心理健康教育质量。分析了积极心理学的应用价值,结合目前积极心理学面临的问题,探究了学生心理健康教育和积极心理学理论结合的方法。College students’healthy psychology can be cultivated by psychological health education when carrying out college students’healthy psychology work.Combined with some college students’psychological health status,the case analysis teaching methods are closely integrated into psychological health education to break through the constraint of traditional classroom teaching concept.College students’psychological health education quality can be enhanced by integrating the positive psychology theory and knowledge.With the current problems of positive psychology,this paper analyzes the application value of positive psychology and probes into the method of integrating positive psychology theory into students’psychological health education.
