摘　　要：在城市老龄化程度日益加深的背景下,基于多源数据,采用基尼系数和区位熵等方法,搭建了评价城市老年服务设施的供需空间匹配的分析框架,并对南京进行实证研究。结果显示,在南京中心城区内的各类老年服务设施中,医疗卫生设施的供需空间关系已较为合理,社区养老设施、文化教育设施和公共活动开敞空间仍有明显的供需失配现象。基于评价结果,针对性地提出促进各类老年服务设施供需匹配的规划策略。Under the background of the deepening of aging,based on multi-source data,using the methods of Gini coefficient and location entropy,this paper establishes an analytical framework to evaluate the spatial allocation of supply and demand of urban elderly service facilities,and makes an empirical study in the central urban area of Nanjing.The results show that,the spatial relationship between supply and demand of medical and health facilities has been more reasonable,while there is still an obvious mismatch between supply and demand of cultural and educational facilities and the public open space.Based on the evaluation results,the planning strategies to promote the supply-demand matching of various elderly service facilities are put forward.
