摘  要:癌症是全球第二大死亡原因,而消化系统的癌症仍是我国主要的恶性肿瘤,严重危害国民健康,带来巨大的经济负担.铁死亡是以细胞内还原铁增加和脂质过氧化物蓄积为特点的细胞死亡方式,近年来的研究揭示铁死亡与癌症发生及治疗有着密切联系.因此本文回顾铁死亡与癌症相关研究,探讨铁死亡在恶性肿瘤尤其是消化系统肿瘤治疗中的潜力,为研发新的治疗方案提供新思路.Cancer is the second leading cause of death worldwide,and digestive system tumors remain the leading malignancy in China,seriously endangering national health and imposing a huge economic burden.Ferroptosis is a form of cell death characterized by increased intracellular reduced iron and accumulated lipid peroxide.Recent studies have revealed that ferroptosis is closely related to the occurrence and treatment of cancer.Therefore,this paper reviews the studies on ferroptosis and cancer to explore the potential of ferroptosis in the treatment of malignant tumors,especially digestive system tumors,and to provide a new direction for developing treatment options.
