免疫组化技术和常规技术在肿瘤病理诊断中的效果比较分析

摘　　要：目的探讨免疫组化技术和常规技术在肿瘤病理诊断中的效果。方法选择2019年2月—2021年2月在海军军医大学第一附属医院接受治疗疑似肿瘤患者135例为研究对象,患者均进行免疫组化技术和常规技术诊断,以手术病理结果为金标准,比较两种技术诊断正确率、两种诊断依从度。结果免疫组化技术诊断正确率94.07%高于常规技术77.04%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=21.043,P<0.05);免疫组化技术患者诊断满意度94.07%高于常规技术患者满意度80.74%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.633,P<0.05)。免疫组化技术患者诊断相关评分中信任感、生理问题均高于常规技术患者,免疫组化技术患者心理顾虑评分低于常规技术患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相对于常规技术,应用免疫组化技术于肿瘤病理诊断中效果显著,提升诊断正确率以及患者诊断依从度,利于临床诊治。Objective To investigate the effect of immunohistochemical and conventional techniques in tumor pathological diagnosis.Methods A total of 135 patients with suspected tumors who received treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Military Medical University from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were diagnosed by immunohistochemical technology and conventional technology.Taking the surgical and pathological results as the gold standard,the diagnostic accuracy and compliance of the two technologies were compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy of immunohistochemical technique was 94.07%,which was higher than that of conventional technique 77.04%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=21.043,P<0.05).The diagnostic satisfaction of patients with immunohistochemical technique was 94.07%,which was higher than that of patients with conventional technique 80.74%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.633,P<0.05).The patients with immunohistochemical technology had higher confidence and physiological problems in diagnosisrelated scores than those with routine technology,and the scores of psychological anxiety in patients with immunohistochemistry technology were lower than those of patients with routine technology,and the differeace was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional technology,the application of immunohistochemical technology in tumor pathological diagnosis has significant effect,improves the diagnostic accuracy and patients’diagnostic compliance,is conducive to clinical diagnosis and treatment.
