摘 要:目前影响沥青混合料长期性能的根本原因在于其中的沥青发生老化反应。为了明确并透彻地摸清高黏沥青老化过程中各组分具体发生的变化,明确高黏沥青老化微观层次原因,建立高黏沥青非线性模型,比较不同高黏沥青抗老化性能的差异性。本文采用傅里叶红外光谱分析仪测定橡胶粉与SBS双改性沥青、TPS改性高黏沥青和橡胶粉改性高黏沥青老化后的微观性能,探究高黏沥青老化时的微观变化,构建高黏沥青老化的非线性模型。结果表明:建立的非线性模型可以很好地模拟由于高黏沥青老化带来的微观变化,具体表现为羧基和亚飒基含量上升、丁二烯基含量变少;双改性高黏沥青抗老化性能最佳,TPS改性高黏沥青其次,橡胶粉改性高黏沥青稍差。At present,the fundamental reason affecting the long-term performance of asphalt mixture is the aging reaction of asphalt.In order to find out the specific changes of the components in the aging process of high viscosity asphalt,the reasons for the aging of the high viscosity asphalt were identified,and the nonlinear model of high viscosity asphalt was established to compare the anti-aging properties of different high viscosity asphalt.In this paper,the micro properties of crumb rubber and SBS modified asphalt,TPS modified high viscosity asphalt and rubber powder modified high viscosity asphalt after aging were measured by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The micro changes of high viscosity asphalt during aging were explored,and the nonlinear aging model of high viscosity asphalt was established.The results show that the nonlinear model can well simulate the microcosmic changes due to the aging of high viscosity asphalt,which shows that the content of carboxyl and sub sac is increased and the content of butadiene group is reduced.The dual modified high viscosity asphalt has the best anti-aging properties,TPS modified high viscosity asphalt,and rubber powder modified high viscosity asphalt slightly worse.
